Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exchanges are allowed one time per order once the original item is returned in unused condition within the stated exchange window. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Certain items, including custom items and accessories, are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
